The party branch of Yango was established in 1996 and upgraded to a party Committee in 2017. The party committee consists of 3 secondary party committees, 16 general party branches and 58 party branches. Currently, it has 2681 party members and is affiliated to the working Committee of Fuzhou municipal party Committee.

Under the correct leadership of the party organization, the party Committee of Yango, taking strengthening and improving the leadership of the party as the main line and focusing on the various production and management objectives of the enterprise, has carried out learning activities of "Two Learnings and One Action"(learn Party Constitution and Party Regulations, Learn Series of Speeches, Be a Qualified Party Member), "New era, New responsibilities and New actions" and activity of "Striving for Excellence". It has given full play to the role of the party branch as a fighting bastion and to the exemplary role of the party members, enhanced the vitality and effectiveness of the party construction work, and provided organizational guarantee, intellectual support and spiritual power for the scientific, healthy, harmonious, stable and sustainable development of the enterprise.

Through the joint efforts of the party Committee team, Yango’s "political work system" has been initially established and effectively launched. "Party building" has been advanced in an all-round way and is full of vitality. The "corporate culture" continues to be promoted and further developed. 

In 2018, Yango won "Excellent Party Building Brand" and "Excellent Activity Place" from the Party Working Committee of Fuzhou Municipal Government Organs. 

In 2019, it won the title of "Advanced Grass-roots Party Organization" of Fuzhou Municipal Committee of the CPC and "Advanced Grass-roots Party Organization" of Fuzhou Municipal Committee of the CPC Working Committee on Non-public Enterprises and Social Organizations.
