On December 13, Liao Jianfeng Charity Fund of Fujian Yango Charity Foundation was established in Chishui Middle School, zhangping city. Named after Yango's global partner, senior vice president Liao Jianfeng, and his parents, the fund is the first landing project since the establishment of the "Yango Partner Public Welfare Fund". It mainly rewards teachers who have made outstanding achievements in Chishui Town, students who have achieved outstanding academic results, and students from families with financial difficulties to continue their schooling, thus promoting the rapid, healthy and all-round development of education in Chishui Town.

As early as 2015, he donated money in his own name to set up an education foundation to support educational development and student aid activities in Chishui Town. Up to now, he has donated more than 500,000 yuan, which has greatly promoted the development of local education. In September this year, the enterprise announced the establishment of Yango Partner Public Welfare Fund at the partners' investiture. The fund has a scale of 100 million yuan and special funds are set up under the names of the partners' elders or family members. As a global partner, Liao Jianfeng was granted a principal amount of 2 million yuan as a partner's special public welfare fund, and the annual investment income generated was used for public welfare undertakings such as education, poverty alleviation, helping the elderly and the disabled in the partner's hometown.
